Environmental Soil & Water Testing - Norway

We provide independent laboratory testing with additional services, such as sampling and consultancy. The environmental testing is formed by legislation and recommendations from Swedish authorities and the EU. In most cases, the legislation specifies what to analyse, sampling frequency, reporting limits, accreditation, education and what actions to take depending on which results we get. Our consultancy department provides additional services to help our customers; for example, by setting up monitoring programs or by analyzing the results in light of current legislations. In some cases, they also provide consultancy from an economical perspective.

The first step in our service chain is sampling, either conducted by our sampling organization, or by the customer, in which case we send out sampling material. Most of our samples are pre-registered, and it is important in order to ensure smooth and time efficient handling both for our customers and the laboratory. We also provide a logistic solution whit hubs, couriers, mail ect. so that we can cover most parts of Sweden (1 572 km) within 2-10 hours. In addition, we offer customer service during office hours and an on-call duty in case of crisis.

Analysis is reported on hard copy and/or electronically. Both ways allows comments and classifications. By using @mis, clients can get an overview of historical data. More sophisticated reports are taken care of by our consultancy department.

This gives our clients one supplier of sampling-analysis-consultancy and in many cases we can do it more efficient as one partner than if they use own resources or different suppliers.
