ALcoday April 23rd: @mis training

Due to the meanwhile well known and by success prolonged ALcodays we create added value for our customers. On April 23rd another seminar was organized, this time an @mis training.

@mis, the internet platform with which ALcontrol gives her customers the possibility to view and test results is under continues influence of changing legislation and market demand’s. ALcontrol keeps developing new functionalities to enlarge the user friendliness. With @mis ALcontrol tries to offer a complete service package to her customers.

The seminar started with a short introduction by John Nihot, Commercial Manager Netherlands, then Richard Zoutekouw, IT-Expert ALcontro,l followed with the first part of the presentation in which he told about the history and existing modules. Also the importance of having your own office administrator was emphasized on. Last but not least new functionalities were discussed as exports, invoice modules, real time information and the order confirmation.

After a short break it was the turn for Martijn Weedage, Coordinator @mis development Group ALcontrol. Martijn told more about support and the plans for the year to come.

The reactions afterwards form the attending customers were very positive and experienced as very valuable and informative. After lunch the day was closed with a tour on the laboratory. As well as ALcontrol as her customers look back on a successful seminar.
