Definitions and Diligence Seminar
Food safety and food poisoning is always a topical issue and all manufacturers need to ensure that their food is safe for consumption. At this seminar we look at the organisms behind food spoilage, those media headlines and what happens when an incident occurs, giving attendees fuller understanding of why we are asked to test for them. We also focus on explaining nutritional results and the science behind them to help technical managers to fully understand the reports they receive. ALcontrol Laboratories invites you to attend this free seminar; an opportunity to discover more about food pathogens and nutritional analysis.
The seminar is to be held on Thursday 23rd July 2009 at our Spalding laboratory. ALcontrol’s own technical professionals will be presenting the day and it promises to be both illustrative and informative.
